Nikki Nguyen MA, LAC

Nikki is a master’s level clinician with experience as outpatient mental health therapist, substance abuse counselor intern, and case manager. As a Licensed Associate Counselor, she previously worked with children and families providing in-home services such as IIC, parent coach, and behavioral assistant. Nikki is skilled in addressing problems related to depression, anxiety, ADHD, impulsivity, anger management, and interpersonal conflict. She incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Interpersonal Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist clients in improving social and family relationships, self-esteem, communication, and problem solving skills.


Nikki engages the clients from a person-centered perspective, embodying empathy and non-judgement. She facilitates self-reflection, assisting clients to gain insight into maladaptive thoughts and behaviors. Nikki believes in empowering clients to make positive changes and build self-efficacy in coping with challenges.
