As a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Licensed Associate Counselor, and National Certified Counselor, Ellie considers her work to be a privilege. Ellie creates a safe, trusting atmosphere while helping her clients uncover key insights that lead to personal growth, greater clarity and peace. She focuses on improving her clients' relationships with themselves, their family, significant others and friends.
Throughout the therapeutic process, Ellie encourages her clients to think about themselves in new ways, while talking about feelings and thoughts that we usually hold at a distance. Ellie treats all clients as a "whole person," not just a diagnosis. She will work with you to understand how your past is affecting your current situation and get to the bottom of your issues, for achieving deep, lasting changes. Ellie’s training and experience includes work with emotional dysregulation substance misuse, maladaptive behaviors, disordered eating behaviors, and intimacy.
